Small Change Challenge–Week One


Here is my update from last week.  I did pretty good.  My challenge was to do my ab-doer every day and water.  I did it for 4 days straight.  For some reason I forgot to do it and there is no reason I should not do it because it is beside my bed.  I did remove all the clothes and hangers which was good.  Small changes so I will not give up.

Next week exercise 3 times a week, continue with ab-doer and water.

I had to laugh at the statement about removing the clothes! Why is it that exercise equipment becomes a clothes hanger?
