Wednesday - Unity Challenge

The challenge for this week is :

1. Something clear (like a button, acetate/transparency, ghost shape, even Crystal Effects)

2. Ribbon

3. Something from your latest Unity order

I decided to stamp the butterfly on acetate using a couple of colors from stazon.

I used my stash of supplies!!! I am so excited about that.

Unity Sketch Challenge

Amber put a sketch challenge on SCS so I tried. I definitely had to get out of my comfort zone but it was fun.

Wednesday - Unity Stamp Challenge

It is that time again - Unity Stamp Challenge .

The challenge was to make a masculine card. I realized that I have a lot of stamps but they are flowers and things for girls. I will need to change that. This is a challenge but I think it works.

Here is my Unity Challenge Card. I used the KOTM for Sept. The challenge was to make a card NOT A4 size.

What I have been up to......

This past weekend and took 2 classes at my favorite stamp store (Rubberstamp Fantasy).


I took classes from Rosemary Marino.

FIRST CLASS - encoustic wax.
Practices makes perfect on this technqiue. I will get better the more I do it. Here are my cards.

1 - Resist


2 - Art Tissues
I have never used the artist tissue paper (bleeding). This is my least favorite card.



3 - Foil Paper
I used the glue pad and glitter as a background.
