The Unity Addicts Challenge with week is Tim Holtz tags.  I used the Kissmas & Mistletoe  from Ippity.  I am going to reorder this stamp because I have sold them all but I love it.

This week we have an inspiration challenge for the Unity Addicts.

Here is my card.  I am not sure about this card.  It seems to be missing something .  What do you think?

Pie A Mode

It is Unity Addicts Wednesday.  I am trying to do some of the sketch challenges consistently.  Here is the sketch challenge from Mojo Mondays.  I am also using more pattern paper.  I have not inked up the pie from the Unity's Hodge Podge of Happiness so this what my chance.

Unity Addicted Wednesday

The challenge this week was  use use one of the big Unity sentiments as the focal point of a pink, green, and brown card.

I tried out my sewing skills.  I am rusty but it came out nice.

The challenge was inspiration.

I decided to try a clean and simple card. 
 
I used the colored embossing power and my chalk.  You can't tell I chalked it with purple and green.

Unity Addicts - Use your stash & more

The challenge is from Cyndi  - A double challenge…Use what you’ve got in your stash…  Papers, buttons, brads, ribbons…needs to be scrap and not new from a package!  And here’s the kicker…find your very first Unity set that you ever bought and use that!!  

My first unity stamp was the KOTM for June 2008.  I used some black and white paper that I have in my stash.  This whole card was using what I have already (paper, ribbon, eyelets, etc)

This week the challenge was to make a collage.  I have never done a collage.  I used the sectioned retiform from the Technique Newsletter.

I used my bow easy to make the bows.  I love that tool because they come out the  right size every time.

The Unity challenge with week is do a shape card but it can't be a square or rectangle.

The challenge with week a sketch challenge and since it is Unitys' Birthday it is a birthday card.

Unity Addicts - Wednesday - Earth Day

Earth Day is today! 

I am recycling items as well as have my green day bags when I go shopping.  I usually forget them but I keep them in the car now.  I am using products that are green as well as products that don't have all the chemicals.  I am trying to eat more healthy and organic. 

The challenge this week is as follows: "Since it’s Earth Day let’s all “Go Green” for earth day.   On your creation use something that may show how you can go green.  For example: something recycled, earth day images (Eco Chic anyone?)  Basically interrupt the meaning of Earth Day any way you want. What does it mean to you?"
I have to get that stamp set (Eco Chic) but I don't have that set so here is my interpretation.

The challenge this week was to use the following colors:
Brown, Pink, Orange and Turquoise.

It was very interesting because I could do the brown, orange, and turquoise  but the pink was a challenge.

It is that time if the week.  Unity Addicts Wednesday.

The challenge this week was from Sherry.  Use something that is not normally for card-making or altered item.  Like yarn, foil, something from a gift wrapped package, something recycled.

Well I decided to combine this challenge with the SplitCoasst Stamper Challege - TLC212 -Ribbon Frame.

This weeks challenge was to have GREEN.  Well I don't have any St. Patrick days stamps from Unity so I decided I would do Spring and Green. 

I got some flower soft and this is my first attempt. I like it I just have to get used to it.

This week the challenge comes from Jess.  Get well cards.  Great challenge since it seem like the bug if out. This weather changing from 75 degrees one day and 40 degrees the next does not help.

I used this months KOTM from Unity to create this card.  I used 3 different embossing powder to do the butterfly. I had never tried that before.
