The challenge for Rubber Bombshell was to case Michelle. Her blog is here. I used the Gina K stamps and the bleach technique.
I have been making some Easter cards using GinaK stamps.
I am trying to get our of my comfort zone by using stripes and flowers.
The challenge this week was to use the following colors:
Brown, Pink, Orange and Turquoise.
It was very interesting because I could do the brown, orange, and turquoise but the pink was a challenge.
I took some class at RubberStamp Fanstasy store.
One of the classes was bleaching and the effects.
Here are the two books that I made.
I really like doing the books.
This book was made from scratch and I put it together from scratch. Pretty good for my first.
The challenge for Ocean's 11 is Dry Embossing.
I used the Easter egg template and the faux cross-stitching stenciling from Dreamweavers.
The colors I used as as follows:
B24 - Sky
B32 - Pale Blue
E00-Skin White
R17-Lipstick Orange
R29- Lipstick Red
W-5 - Cool Gray 5
Y00 - Barnium Yellow
It is that time if the week. Unity Addicts Wednesday.
The challenge this week was from Sherry. Use something that is not normally for card-making or altered item. Like yarn, foil, something from a gift wrapped package, something recycled.
Well I decided to combine this challenge with the SplitCoasst Stamper Challege - TLC212 -Ribbon Frame.
Here is my St. Patrick's Day card with my Silhouette.
After visiting my local Archivers store I met Susanna Boyd from Paper Craft Planet. I was talking with her and telling her that I was concerning the Silhouette DS because I had no luck on my original and currently it was a big paper weight. With her encouragement I decided to dust by Original Silhouette.
Honestly I never tried it out because I had old software and my computer has Vista on it. I was just not sure it would installed. Well I decided to load the new software and try it out. Low and behold I had a Silhouette download card because I got my machine from QVC and they had a great package. I found some paper as well.
All of that and I had not used it. Shame on me. Well I loaded the software and I got my images and it WORKED.
This is what I made.
The challenge for my Oceans 11 blogger's was to use "sky" in the card. Well I just it but I am having a block because I don't know why I should put it together. So I figure I would just put it out there.
Any suggestions?
I just got the stamp tv kit from Gina K. So many stamps so I decided to do the sketch challenge from last week on Stamp TV. I used the kiss technique to do the flowers.
This weeks challenge was to have GREEN. Well I don't have any St. Patrick days stamps from Unity so I decided I would do Spring and Green.
I got some flower soft and this is my first attempt. I like it I just have to get used to it.
Our challenge for the Oceans 11 Blog group was to made a 3d projects. I will admit that puzzled me but I think I did ok.
This week we decided to do a sympathy card.
On of our fellow Unity Addicts loss her mother so I am sending her and her family by prayers and thoughts.
The challenge for Exercise Your Creativity week 6 is miniature. I have never done anything that is miniature so this was a challenge. I figure I would do a scrappling since that is small as well.

I had my stamp club this weekend and we made some necklaces out of scrabble tiles. What a way to use scrabble tiles! Very cool and so many possibilities.
