Happy Friday!  It is HHH on Unity because yesterday was Hip Hop.  Here is a card that I made using Hodge Podge of Happiness from Unity Stamp Company.

I have never done a card with so many colors. I used chalks to color the flowers.  The stamp set from Unity Stamp Company.

Well today is HHH from Unity.  I used the Unity Exclusive Store Kit, now I don't have a store that carries Unity so I went to PaperManic.

I had this paper from a old ClubScrap kit.  I thought it was perfect and I had to use it.

PaperManic has great customer service.

The challenge this week was  use use one of the big Unity sentiments as the focal point of a pink, green, and brown card.

I tried out my sewing skills.  I am rusty but it came out nice.

3-D Challenge - Ladies, Ink

The challenge for my fellow bloggers on Ladies Ink was to do a 3-d challenge.  Completely out of my comfort zone, because my projects never turn out the way I thought.   I found this on SCS - Cammie’s Triangle Treat Box.

Bevy of Butterflies - HHH

Yesterday was Unity Hip Hop and today is Hip Hop Hangover. :) I was inspired to create a card from bevy of butterflies from Unity Stamp Co and the mojo monday. I love the different butterflies on this set. So many possibilities.

Let the Sunshine

I joined the Scrapbooking and Crafting Friends ning.  They had an atc swap from let the sunshine.   It really didn't turn out the way I thought it would.

I was on the stamptv community and this is the sketch right now.
I was trying to think out of the box and use colors that I would not use with the image. I would not think about using this pattern paper normally.

I was played around with the sketch from Mojo Mondays and my new Basic Grey paper.  I used Basic Grey paper from Wisteria.  I just love those pads now.  I think I need to start collecting.

Unity Addicts Challenge

The challenge was inspiration.

I decided to try a clean and simple card. 
 
I used the colored embossing power and my chalk.  You can't tell I chalked it with purple and green.

Up and Away

I finally got the StampTv Kit called Electric Summer Kit from GinaK.

I also did some paper piecing with the hot air balloon. I think I like paper piecing but you do have to get a pair of sharp scissors.
