I am trying to clean up my desk.  This image has been on my desk for more than a week so I did something with it.  This technique is Soot Stamping that was on the StampTV by GinaK.

Great sooty image Amy...Did you burn anything trying it out? When I was teaching this a few years ago...someone was watching their daughter...who is mentally challenged and wasn't watching herself....she charred her fingers!

This looks great! I haven't dared try soot stamping yet! I try to avoid sharp cutting tools and fire for my own safety!

Adorable! I'd love to try this again, but am afraid I'd end up burning the house down in the process!
